In-mold
labeling is a labeling method that many people like now. It is very different
from traditional labeling. Today let us take a look at the principles and
analysis methods of in-mold labeling. Principle: It refers to a special label
paper made of PP or PE paper that is processed on the surface, coated with a
special hot melt adhesive on the back, and printed into a trademark.
Labeling
method:
Use
a robot to pick up the printed label and place it in the mold. The vacuum holes
on the mold will firmly adsorb the label into the mold. When the raw material
of the plastic bottle is heated and droops like a hose, the mold with the label
quickly closes, and air is blown into the hose to make it close to the mold
wall. At this time, the temperature in the entire mold is still relatively
high, close to the bottle body. The solid adhesive of the prototype label
begins to melt and combines with the plastic bottle body in the mold.
So when the mold is opened
again, the plastic bottle is formed and the label and bottle are integrated
into one. The beautifully printed trademark is firmly embedded on the surface
of the plastic product. The label and the plastic bottle are on the same
surface. It feels like there is no label, and the colorful graphics and text
seem to be printed directly on the surface of the bottle. The biggest difference
between in-mold labels and traditional labels is the different labeling
methods. In-mold labels are not labeled after the plastic container is
completely formed, but are completed at the same time as the container is
formed. The above is its principle and method. I believe you can see the
difference between it and traditional labeling from these aspects. It is
precisely because of this that its use has been loved by many people. If you
